Does he sit still for the haircut? It sounds like he'd make it difficult with all his excess energy.

Melanie:
The VERY weird thing about Demon Baby is he is virtually mute in public. He went an entire school year without saying one word in school. But he speaks in long paragraphs at home at the top of his lungs--so there's this "outside" the house disconnect around strangers, which is mostly a good thing, I suppose, in terms of safety.

Erica, that reminds me of my niece. She's 14 and my sister has said she's her little hellion since conception. She can be downright nasty, then sweet when she realizes she's pushed it too far.
My sister was worried when school started, but all the teachers raved about how respectful, quiet, and pleasant she was. Even shared with other kids! Perhaps they realize they need someone on their side.

I don't know. He's very sweet to others. . .so maybe he feels freedom to be a hellion with me because he's unconditionally loved at home.
